Full Hex Nuts Standard Pitch - ISO 4032 (DIN 934)

A hexagon full nut is typically fitted with a spanner or ratchet with socket. The most popular type of nut, used for decades world wide. Can be used in conjunction with Hexagon Thin nuts in a ‘locking’ formation for a more secure fitment. Fine pitch and left hand thread variants are also available immediately below this item.

Thick Nyloc Nuts (Type P) ISO 10512 (DIN 982)

Prevailing torque type nut manufactured to DIN 982. Hexagon nut incorporating a nylon insert to help prevent loosening when fitted. This is the higher profile (Type P) variant with more available thread engagement and is typically fitted with a spanner or ratchet with socket. A lower profile, where perhaps space is at a premium is also available under DIN 985 (Type T).

Thin Nyloc Nuts (Type T) ISO 10511 (DIN 985)

Prevailing torque type nut manufactured to DIN 985. Popularly employed Hexagon nut incorporating a nylon insert to help prevent loosening when fitted. This is the standard profile variant (Type T), a higher profile option is available under DIN 982 (Type P). Typically fitted with a spanner or ratchet with socket.
